How do we work?
BZB will be the first-point-of-contact, forwarding only CVs of suitable candidates tested on their language skills. You may then choose to let us arrange the interviews with candidates or bring us in for the second interview. After a succesfull recruitment process, BZB's sales consultant will ensure a smooth hand over of the sales activities.
